Course Description The Course will be a certified 5k route through some of the prettiest residential streets Conway offers as well as a view of most of the downtown area. The race begins and ends at the Conway Marina Park area.

Racer Support Parking: Runners can park in the County Parking lot located just off of 2nd Ave between Laurel and Elm Street. Bathrooms: Available at Start/Finish location. Food/Beverages: There will be one water stop on the route and hot and cold food and beverages will await the runners at the finish line. First Aid: EMTs will be available to assist Runners.

Racer Awards Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall Male and Female finishers. Age groups awards will be give to the top male & female finishers in the U14,15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40- 44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-70, and 70+.

Racer Registration Participants can register 1 of 3 ways: By November 28, 2009 • Registration is encouraged on-line at www.rmssports.com • Mail registration form along with check or money order for $20 made out to American Read Cross, 2795 Pampas Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577. Race Day • Registration will be available the day of the race for $25, from 7:15—7:45 a.m.
