**Helmets Required** Pool swim, Bike route is an out and back on Foster Street, Run is around Hitchcock park.
**Registrants after 8/15/09 are not guaranteed a shirt**
This event will use AllSportCentral Chip Timing. Chips must be worn around ankles during each phase of the event.
Helmet number must be facing forward. Bike numbers facing to the side on the cross bar. BIB numbers are required and must be warn facing forward by using a race belt or pins on a shirt.
Nobody other that participants are allowed within the transition area or on the course. You can cheer on your kids throughout the course but you will not be allowed to pace them.
