Awards: Will be given to top finishers in each age category of all events. Award ceremony at 11:00
Aid Stations: Aid stations will be located approximately every 2 miles along the course at the mile markers
The course will be marked by spray paint on the blacktop surface Contestants must register and wear numbers on front to receive a time
Marathon and Triathlon will start at Pike's Point State Park
10K Run will start at Methodist Camp Grounds
Half Marathon will start at the Back Porch Steak House on Highway 86, by entrance to Miller's Bay
All events end at the State Pier on the waterfront at Arnold's Park. Discounts available for early registrantion. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
T-shirts to all participants Shuttle bus provided back to starting points after the races Runner's packets with BIB's and T-shirts and instructions should be picked up at the Three Sons in Milford, Iowa from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday before the race.
Late Registrations and Packet Pick-Ups: Pike's Point State Park, Saturday morning.
LATE REGISTRANTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED A TIME. PRE-REGISTRTATION IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED: Late entries absolutely close 45 minutes before each event!!!
