up-to-date information, they are not liable for any omissions or errors within the

entertainment, information, and resources. AllSportRunning.com allows you to download;

will evaluate your request.
6. Registration forms for both event coordinators and participants require some
writing. You are the only one responsible for the content of your communication and thus,
the consequences of that communication. By submitting this information you grant
AllSportRunning.com the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create, distribute, communicate to the public, display content, and incorporate it into other
forms of media, or technology. Any communication or material you transmit to the site by
electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the
like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.
7. In consideration of being allowed to use the AllSportRunning.com interactive
areas you agree:
- Not to use the AllSportRunning.com site to send or post on message boards or any place on the
AllSportRunning.com site any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, defamatory,
abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, racially
offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature or that encourages
conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any

8. Such actions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. AllSportRunning.
com reserves the right to remove any postings or member names that break the above terms and
will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of
any violator/s.
9. You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your login ID and
password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your password, whether or not authorized
by you. You agree to immediately notify AllSportRunning.com of any unauthorized use of
your password. If you happen to forget your password just type in your email address and
you should be able to get logged into the site that way.
10. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF AllSportRunning.com IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

ADVICE OR CARE FOR ANY SITUATION OR PROBLEM, WHICH YOU MAY HAVE. IN PARTICULAR, THE ACTIVITIES

DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF AllSportRunning.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLIBITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
14. You agree to compensate and hold each one of AllSportRunning.com employees
harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney fees.
15. AllSportRunning.com reserves the right, to immediately and without advanced
notice suspend or cancel these Terms and Conditions, your registration with and ability to
access AllSportRunning.com upon any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions or upon your
demonstration of conduct that AllSportRunning.com determines to be inappropriate.
16. AllSportCentral.com controls the AllSportRunning.com site from its offices
within the State of South Dakota, United States of America. The AllSportRunning.com site
can be accessed by people from all 50 states as well as by people from around the world.
Almost every states' laws differ, but by accessing AllSportRunning.com you agree with the statutes
and laws of the State of South Dakota.
17. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matter will take place in
the State of South Dakota. This constitutes all matters dealing with AllSportRunning.com
or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors,
telecommunication providers, and content providers. If any provision of these terms shall
be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
severe from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining provisions.
